This Base Game apartment door is suitable for the For Rent Expansion and comes with various modern designs. I tried to balance the texture where both Alpha and Maxis players can have them in their game.

My sims go out to dinner nearly every day, so I always need new places for them to go. This restaurant was inspired by a picture I saw on Pinterest. This lot contains no cc, and it is built on the Fountainview penthouse lot in San Myshuno. It is available on the gallery or via the tray files link below. I built this lot on the latest game patch. If your game is not updated, you will not be able to place this lot.

Ravenwood Redux | HeadlessQuarters

"It's Grim's office. He works here. While his personal crow should always be the employee of the month, Grim has decided he is the best at his job. He does own the place…and has been Reaping for centuries. Now Grim has opened up his practice to new Grimterns, eager to climb their way up the noncorporeal ladder."

This is my first EA redux since they started working with creators on their lots, and honestly, there wasn't really anything to "fix" — I've just added a lot more storytelling clutter and made a few functional and aesthetic tweaks...

The Grimterns might never see power as employee of the month, but they've banded together to coerce Grim into making a few improvements: better computers, better lighting, more freedom to personalize their workstations, a utility closet for, um... utilities, better snacks in the break room, and even a mini fridge downstairs for easier access to beverages. Things are still feeling a bit stuffy upstairs, which is a shame because Grim has insisted on relocating the entire library to the second floor, which means more face time with you-know-who whenever you need to research an assignment.

This one is a little old on my gallery but it was one of my real genuine tries at making what I considered to be a good community lot. I wanted a pool/spa area for my more older sims. A relaxing place to get your nails done, a massage, and perhaps some yoga. I placed it in Windenburg where the original pool was. I haven't had any issues with playtesting but do lemme know!

The original build is called the "NoCC Occult High School" and it's by Rubinrot97. You can find it on the gallery. The 8 rooms, I'm sharing are based on my teen occult townies.

Kuttoe's mod to make the cafeterias functional on a residential or residential rental lots (or really any lot).

I play-tested, but I may have missed things. The clutter on the floor will not cause routing errors if you use my overrides.

I didn't use TOOL but I did use MOO.

These are NOT pack limited. I made them for myself, but decided to share them after @forever-lbsims asked for the build.

If you use these rooms as residential rentals, this works as a great alternative to a mailbox! - shout out to @bearphase for making and sharing it! Some of the rooms have it, so you might get a missing item warning without it but it's no biggie. If the game replaces the item with a mailbox you can just delete it.

I modeled this build based on the Rose restaurant I built in Mae's save file, so they look very similar to each other. This build contains no cc and it is built on the Anchorpoint Abode lot in San Sequoia. It is available to download from the gallery or via the tray files link below.💗

THE REAPERS CASTLE

This absurdly large castle nestled in the Glimmerbrook highlands was originally constructed as a hunting lodge for some fancy lord-something or other, and has seen numerous renovations and additions over the centuries — keeping up with the Von Haunts, if you will. Today, its stately grounds and sumptuous interiors serve the grandest of modern purposes: as the filming location for the hit reality television series, The Reapers.
